Joy Division Unknown Pleasures Infant Romper, Black (12 Months)
Unisex baby romper features the iconic album art from Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures album. Peter Saville's pulsar radio waves design, combined with Martin Hannett's production made this album a goth classic. The image even inspired a Disney shirt parody four decades later.
Joy Division rapidly evolved from their initial punk rock influences, to develop a sound and style that pioneered the post-punk movement of the late 1970s. Their debut album, 'Unknown Pleasures,' was released in 1979 on Wilson's independent record label Factory Records, and drew critical acclaim from the British press. Great tribute to the music of Joy Division, including 'Love Will Tear Us Apart', cool gift for any baby shower. Officially licensed band merchandise.
